All products and pricing are subject to availability. All pricing on web site is in Canadian Dollars. All applicable taxes, set-up and delivery costs are extra. Please allow appropriate production times as per timing noted in each product’s detail’s page. Production time starts the day after your formal approval of quote, Terms & Conditions and art proof. Shipping FOB manufacturer/supplier to customer. Priced per unit/per colour/per location unless otherwise specified. Quote valid for 30 days unless noted otherwise. If any aspect of an order changes MNP reserves the right to tender a new quote.

Rush services may be available on some products (with possible extra charge) Please call a MNP Sales Representative to see what can be done in regards to a quicker turn-around.

If there is a pricing discrepancy between My Next Promo’s web site and the supplier/manufacturer’s listed pricing the supplier/manufacturer pricing will prevail. A formal quote detailing all correct pricing will be provided prior to order processing. You will be required to formally approve this formal quote, Terms & Conditions and art proof.

All production time quoted is based on business days and excludes holidays.

If unsure of the quality of products it is the customer’s responsibility to order a sample. Random samples are available within 2-7 business days (timing dependent on Ground shipping distance). Samples with a specific imprint (ie. your logo) require 5-14 days and have extra costs. Please ask us about our sample policy and costing if needed.

Suppliers reserves the right to make minor product changes as required to maintain quality, cost and continued supply.

If a portion of an order is currently unavailable a customer cannot cancel the entire order. MNP will try to offer you alternatives and/or make you aware of when stock may arrive ASAP. If one or more of your items is backordered you will be invoiced for delivered items prior to completion of backordered work.

Cancellation of your order after approval of your formal quote and art proof may have charges related to costs already incurred in the processing of your order. In the event of cancellation at this time we will halt all forward movement as quickly as possible and advise you of pending costs. Once imprinted, 100% of total costs is nonrefundable. All cancellations must be in writing with time and date noted. The order is not considered cancelled until authorized/ acknowledged by My Next Promo in writing.

Delivery

Delivery extra unless noted otherwise.

Estimated shipping costs (if applicable) will be noted on all formal quotes. Shipping is based on the supplier/ manufacturer’s shipping point to the customer’s defined destination. If product is arranged to be picked up at My Next Promo the customer will still need to pay shipping from supplier to MNP. Some products are available to be picked up should you be local to the supplier (this is noted by product on the site).

All product is shipped via courier (i.e. CANPAR, UPS, Fedex) GROUND. If quicker delivery times are need product will ship via air. These charges will be added to your final invoice. Due to variances in the final shipping quantity (see Over Runs and Under Runs) delivery charges may change slightly from estimated.

Shipping delays due to ‘Acts of God’ (bad weather, national emergency, etc.) are not the responsibility of MNP or its couriers. Remote locations that require third party delivery are not guaranteed for exact day delivery. MNP ships your order on your behalf and all orders are timed to reach their destination in the case of an event date. MNP is not responsible for courier mishaps that effect delivery times nor carriers not being able to deliver if no one is available to receive goods. If you have a preferred courier it is to be specified at time of ordering (with your account number) otherwise the supplier will pick the courier on your behalf.

My Next Promo is not responsible for late pick-up of products by the customer.

For products shipping to the USA the customer is responsible for applicable duty, brokerage and state taxes (if any).

For web site products shipping from the USA, duty and brokerage are included. Raw shipping costs are extra.

Return of blank goods will be handled on a product by product basis and a re-stocking fee will be charged (percentage ranges). This is dependent on the supplier’s own Terms & Conditions.

Payment

Unless otherwise arranged new clients are required to provide 100% of payment on placement of order and the remaining on delivery. Due to completion of order possible eventualities (ie. a change in final shipping quantities or courier gas surcharges) a customer may receive a follow-up invoice requiring payment of these charges or refund/credit.

If credit is established terms are NET 30. Any account not paid in full under NET 30 terms will be charged 2% per month at the discretion of MNP.

PST or Native exemption numbers must be provided for receipt of exemption.

Payment by Mastercard, VISA or American Express is at time of delivery (not NET 30). Adjustments and shipping charges may be billed separately.

Etransfers and direct deposits are accepted.

Canadian Dollar Pricing

My Next Promo is a Canadian company therefore we invoice in Canadian Dollars. If paying in other currencies please ask for our current exchange rate.

Trademark Usage

Artwork, designs, logos and trademarks imprinted on product in this web site have been reproduced only as an example of quality and possibilities available from My Next Promo. They are not intended to represent or constitute an endorsement of My Next Promo.

All copy or other material submitted by the customer for use by factory as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent contractual limitations or similar protection.

Set-up Charges

Set-up of imprinting plates/procedures may be charged in addition to the product/running charges for customization. This charge, if applicable, is noted in the details page of a particular product. In most cases, additional set-up charges will be applicable for each additional and/or colour added to the image being prepared.

Art Charges

Any art not conforming to standards and requiring any art design/re-creation will be subject to a charge of $40.00 per hour. Production time of revised artwork will be quoted by your Sales Representative at the time of art inspection.

Shipping Delivery Charges

All product is shipped via courier (i.e. CANPAR, UPS, Fedex) GROUND. If quicker delivery times are need product will ship via air. These charges will be added to your final invoice. My Next Promo generally does not provide shipping estimates unless requested by a customer. Due to variances in the final shipping quantity (see Over Runs and Under Runs) delivery charges may change from estimated.

My Next Promo is not responsible for damage or loss of products during shipping. If you do not receive your product on time or in good condition is your responsibility to inform My Next Promo within 48 hours.

The “Distortion” Factor

Due to the varied nature and multidimensional curvatures existing on much of My Next Promo’s product line, a slight distortion of an unknown degree may occur when imprinting some products with square, rectangular or round images.

Over Runs and Under Runs

The industry standard of +/- 5% over/under run the requested quantity is considered a complete order and you will be invoiced accordingly. Lanyards and plastic bags are 10%.

This is due to quality control initiatives at time of production. The supplier starts with up to 5% more than the requested amount in order to allow for occasional inferior imprinting. If an item printed is deemed inferior it is removed from production line and your order. In other words, if production is running smoothly few will be removed from the run and a higher quantity than the requested amount will ship. This final shipping quantity will be invoiced.

Exact quantity requirements may involve a surcharge from the supplier. If you require a specific quantity of product but are unwilling to pay the exact quantity surcharge MNP advises that you order an extra 5% in product to account for any possible underages.

Exceptions to the above are paper and plastic bags, which may vary up to 20%. My Next Promo will endeavor to keep this variance to a minimum.

Program Pricing

In the event of the foreseen need of multiple repeat purchases of the same product(s) My Next Promo may be able to arrange better pricing for you based on the total quantity to be purchased within a certain time frame (usually 1 year). To do so My Next Promo needs a signed agreement showing this intent. Please ask your MNP Sales Rep for further details.

Fund-Raising and Not-For-Profit Organizations

My Next Promo does not donate product. However, please call a MNP Sales Rep to see if we can offer possible ideas or discounts.

Warranty

My Next Promo receives product from a large group of suppliers. My Next Promo warrants that all goods sold are free of any security interest and will make available to you all transferable warranties made to My Next Promo by the manufacturer or supplier of the goods. My Next Promo makes no other express or implied warranties and specifically makes no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose.

Any replaced product will be blank (non-imprinted) if under the threshold of sufficient quantity deemed worthy of reprinting. Alternatively a credit will be offered. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to check over their order immediately upon receipt. Any box tears, breakage, product leakage, inferior products/ printing should be immediately reported to My Next Promo. Failure to check goods at time of receipt puts agreeable remedies in jeopardy should issues be discovered later.
