MNP offers 2 free samples per order with a maximum total value of $15. We will also ship these to you for free via courier ground. Extra samples, samples of higher value, items noted as “billable sample” or express shipping needs will require pre-payment. In this case please contact us by email or call to discuss your needs). In most situations, if an order is placed based on the sampling of that product, we will credit you back the sample’s cost when the order is invoiced.

A brief explanation of this policy: MNP gets numerous sample requests. Unfortunately, a different policy than noted above could leave the door open to non-serious parties using MNP for a small free shopping spree. We try to keep our pricing as low as possible and excessive sampling would detract from our bottom line.
